FALBUD offers comprehensive implementation of projects. We construct facilities as a General Contractor — including turnkey projects — as well as in the subcontracting system. We have appropriate resources such as own engineering and technical staff, equipment and fleet of trucks and own concrete production (mobile mixing plants), which allows us to implement contracts efficiently. We specialize in the construction of facilities of a facility-specific reinforced concrete structure with the use of, among others, technology of mushroom floor slabs, reinforced concrete walls, as well as facilities of steel structure together with laminated wall panels, raised panels, profiled sheets enclosure or walls in traditional technology.
We construct industrial facilities such as: storage and production halls, technological and special facilities, according to individual designs of Investors.
INDUSTRIAL AND SERVICE CONSTRUCTION
One of the areas in which we have extensive experience is implementation of projects in the area of RES (Renewable Energy Sources), in particular wind parks. So far, we have implemented, in accordance with the Investor's instructions, three wind parks with total connection power amounting to 105 MW, along with the associated infrastructure.
RES CONSTRUCTION
We also construct residential, public utility, service and commercial, school and hospital buildings, for
example hospital block in Nysa along with the roof helipad (+24 m a.g.l.).
PUBLIC UTILITY CONSTRUCTION
We also deal with the implementation of infrastructure facilitates, such as: yards, access roads, bridges, flyovers, etc.
